Welcome to the Caregiver Learning Management System (CLMS), an online learning system available to all caregivers in BC. This site supports foster caregivers, kinship/out-of-care family, and social workers with free online education and resources.
You can log in to view your past workshop documents and recorded webinars, download your certificates, and register for new and upcoming workshops.
If you are new to the site, follow this process to access the learning materials and resources:
- Select the register link below to sign up for your free membership.
- We’ll review your membership request within 2 working days.
- When your membership is approved you will receive an email with access to your membership page, with links to your courses and resources.
- From your membership page, you can sign up for any events and courses that you wish.
Who We Are
The Provincial Support Agency Caregiver Learning Network is collaborating with all of the Caregiver Support Agencies across the province as well as BCFPA, IPS, Federation of Community Social Services of BC, Parent Support Services Society and others to bring this online resource to BC caregivers.

Become a Member
To access the events, eLearning modules and resources, join the site by selecting one of the membership types: foster caregiver, kinship family, or social worker. Each membership type has access to events, learning, and resources specifically for your needs.
